ordered trainers just before xmas and even with all the snow got here very quick... and in perfect condition.. defently will be buying from them again... sorry for late feedback

Could you please check the status of my order. I have tracked it and it says that there have been 2 attempted deliveries on 23rd August and they failed. I have no idea why this is since this is my place of work and we were definately OPEN on these days. Nobody has phoned me on the number I provided in my account details to tell me they had problems with delivering the order else I would have put them right. I find this all quite unacceptable really. The tracking number is EE329169235CN. Please advise. I would like to solve this problem as soon as possible.

quick delivery, abit dissapointed as the writng on my trainers is gold and not silver as they are in the product details and picture.
