What can I do if I encounter website or ordering problems?

A perfect system is non-existent - unfortunately - so sometimes there are glitches.

Occasionally, the website may not be displayed properly due to the web traffic congestion. In most cases, this can be fixed if you click on 'Refresh' or F5 to reload the web page you are viewing.

Remember, once an order is placed, you may return to our website and log into your account to continue the payment at a later time (My Account -> My Order -> View Order -> Continue Payment).
